We have made some changes to proactively protect our candidate information. Candidates previously registered with TMA recently received information concerning "login" procedures (using a USER NAME and PASSCODE). This is being misinterpreted as a formal 'login' process where individuals can actually view their confidential information on file, which is not the case. This is simply a method by which the system can properly handle an individual's request for consideration for a particular supply job(s).

We did not want to make these security and process measures overly cumbersome...and the User Name and Passcode information is only 'prompted' (for now) by our system when a candidate makes an actual job request and selection on our website. It simply asks for the individual to identify themselves as either a new or "returning" candidate. If a returning candidate (i.e. already on our database), it asks for your User Name and Passcode - which must be entered IN LOWER CASE. If someone identifies themselves as a 'new' candidate (i.e. not already registered with TMA), they are transferred over to the "New Candidate registration area" where they are given an application form to complete FIRST, before their job request is processed. In other words, it's similar to someone coming to a 'fork in the road' where you are sent one way...or another; based on your reply.

We are investigating a more formal and rigorous 'login' process for candidates; where candidates MAY be able to view and alter SOME of their information on file; however, because of privacy issues and our diligence for increased security, this is an ongoing process.

Right now, the best thing to do is to send ANY UPDATES to your contact information (phone numbers, e-mail addresses), employment information (employer's name, your title, etc.) or educational information (new courses/seminars taken, attainment of a professional designation, etc) to: updates@timmooreassociates.com, along with an attached copy of your latest and most up to date resume.

Your changes will be handled promptly and an acknowledgement of their receipt given.

Having the most up to date candidate information is always a concern here at TMA; and extremely important in order for us to notify YOU of a late breaking supply chain opportunity that you may be perfectly suited for. A moderate number of previously registered candidates were not able to receive our notices on these process and security improvements, simply because their e-mail information on file being out of date.

Again, if you wish to update or simply check the information on file, kindly send us your changes (and updated resume) to updates@timmooreassociates.com or contact me directly at (905) 201-6515.
