yes, I have worked for French/Italian automotive OEM parts manufacturer Valeo. They transferred production of wipers, clutches, cooling systems from France to Poland. I have been responsible for sourcing polish market for steel, cast iron, and many more. I was responsible for logistics of raw materials, assembly lines, transfer of tools etc. It was great experience at the time.
