Experience in developing government RFPs and contracts to support expenditures in excess of $160 million and a wide variety of open, fair, competitive, formal tenders, (RFP, RFI, RFQ) using Government's on-line tendering system (MERX), representing expenditures more than $250 million, including IT Management and Consulting services, Food Services, Distribution services etc.
