Natural resource and automotive orders continue to arrive

The job market for supply chain professionals continues to expand, and is being led by mining, natural resources and the auto sector. A new client in Regina is looking for FOUR supply professionals – Purchaser/Buyer (job 641), Senior Buyer (Job 642), Field Contract Administrator (Job 643), and Senior Contract Administrator (Job 644) Great relocation packages, excellent benefits, EAP and much more offered. A new client in the automotive sector in the Concord area, North of Toronto, is looking for a Materials Supervisor. Bring your ERP / MRP, APQP, and current knowledge of OEM automotive systems. Work within a Just in Time and Lean manufacturing environment. Knowledge of international logistics, duty, shipping, etc. Background also including automotive, metals, springs, parts ideal. Another automotive related client – west of Mississauga, is looking for a Program Buyer. Bring your SAP, ERP, TS16949 and ISO14001 knowledge. Buy production materials and prototype tools to support front/rear suspension, frame assembly modules and other auto components manufacture. (Job 637)

For those looking for jobs in the Eastern GTA (Toronto) area, a new client is looking for a dynamic Materials Manager. Lots of ‘hands on’ experience in successful MRP conversion and implementation; and master production scheduling and planning needed. Provide leadership to the planning department. Assist this innovative contract manufacturer of specialty products for OEM and private labels. Manage inventory control, logistics, purchasing, raw materials, the works! (Job 639).

Let’s not forget our returning Aerospace and tooling related client in the Mississauga area looking for a Procurement / Materials Manager (job 640), AND a VP of Operations (job 645). Bring your background across the entire supply chain including purchasing, warehousing, inventory control, logistics, scheduling, the works !

There are two other orders that are so hot, they haven’t made it on our website yet. One is for a (wait for it) Bilingual (English / French) Inside Sales Rep ($38,000 – $45,000 +), located in Mississauga, for a busy and returning client involved in the packaging field. Get involved with all areas of fulfillment and delivery of customer orders.

The other is for a Sourcing Analyst for a prestigious downtown client. An individual with a background in Accounting and Finance is required, but would like to continue their learning in sourcing as a career path. This job would enable an exposure to GLOBAL procurement projects, ($45,000 – $50,000).
