$ 180,000 – $ 215,000 base, (do we have your attention yet?). That’s what one of our returning clients is willing to underwrite for a seasoned Procurement Manager in the Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) field. Yes, as the economy is improving, clients are expanding and building, and need Supply professionals. If you’ve got a substantive background in EPCM and are interested in Job 601, then contact Nancy Bridson in our office at (905) 201-6515; nancy@timmooreassociates.com. URGENT REPLIES REQUESTED !

Tim always says it’s a privilege to work with clients who ‘get it’ and this one is it. A new client in Mississauga is looking for a Supply Chain lead ($65K – $75K). This position would suit a very seasoned supply professional – ideally with a plastics background, from within a large consumer packaged goods firm, who wishes to now transition from being a small cog in a huge wheel, to a much larger cog in a smaller, more entrepreneurial wheel. Work directly with this enlightened President and Senior Management Team and bring your broad perspective and experience in other areas like operations, inventory, distribution, logistics, etc. Please note that this opportunity may ALSO apply to a less experienced supply professional, who has a phenomenal amount of enthusiasm, attention to detail and IT perspective (Navision, MRP, ERP, SAP). Interested parties are invited to reply via our website Job 597 and speak with Tim.

The hunt is still on for a Director, Supply Chain (Canada), for a major food / beverage brand in North America, Job 583). Candidates MUST bring a background in food/beverage, contracts, distribution, AND franchisee relationships. Work with the network of over 300 + locations across Canada and split your time between their GTA offices and the ‘sunny south.’ (Work on your tan too!)

Tim is working with a new client within the high precision manufacturing sector, that is involved with bearings, fittings, valves, flanges, etc. Bring your extensive experience with JD Edwards, NOVA (Warehouse Management System), AS 400, SAP. A distribution perspective along with finished goods background ideal. Help to manage and mentor a small team in the purchasing and warehousing area. URGENT replies for Job 602, requested via our website at www.timmooreassociates.com.

Nancy is looking for Inventory Specialists (Job 599), and Senior Buyers/Purchasers (Job 598) with manufacturing and finished goods experience for the Regina market. If you or someone you know may be interested, kindly let us know.

Finally, but certainly not least, Tim is looking for Procurement Supervisors to support manufacturing and field operations for a major exploration and Oil and Gas firm in Calgary. Compile and execute Category Management strategy in accordance with policies and procedures. Direct the creation of RFQ’s and the competitive bidding process. We’d like to hear from those with Oil and Gas, mining, exploration, EPCM or heavy industrial experience. (Job 594)
